I wanted to take the time to talk to you about your Dispatch Operations Manager Vince. To make a long story brief, today on January 21st my sister Elaine booked your moving truck to get her furniture from Broadview to Montreal. Unfortunately the building management for the Broadview apartment complex had not cleaned up the loading dock properly and the truck got stuck for a long time. I got a call from my mom saying my sister was upset about the situation because of some complex financial details that were discussed with the driver. My mom asked me to call Vince at Action to talk about the situation. When I got in touch with Vince he was most professional, caring, friendly, and organized about the situation. He did his research efficiently about the prices for the towings around town. This made me realize how much your company values their customers. Some companies would have taken the first available towing at any price for the convenience of saving time. Vince's professional abilities were appreciated by Elaine and me. We stand to congratulate him for going above and beyond on his customer service. It makes a difference when circumstances become complex.
